Series of social posts from my time at PUMA where I was a creative intern. Day to day tasks included briefing content creators & artists for campaigns, researching artists for collaborations, and creating graphics for PUMA's global social media channels. The following posts and edits were posted on PUMA's global social channels and used to promote product releases.
Ralph Sampson Post ↓
Social post promoting the Ralph Sampson Low OG. This post utilizes hand-drawn illustrations, physical ripped paper collage and tape, stop motion animation, and 2D hand-drawn animation. My friend and I used an old point and shoot camera to take photos of the sneakers on feet. All paper elements were scanned and I used After Effects to combine everything together. The goal of the post was to showcase the heritage aspects of the Ralph Sampson OG as a basketball shoe, while simultaneously showcasing the technology and comfort within the design. The post acts as a unity between basektball and lifestyle.
RS-X Social Post ↓
Hand animated social post for the RS-X showcasing its numerous colorways. The goal was to showcase the variety of available styles in a quick way to the consumer. My interpretation was a flashing animation and a hypnotizing background visual to move in and out radiating from the center of the shoe. The background was 2D animated in Photoshop, while the photos were composited on top using After Effects.
